ByCity's Mixed III Cargo pant is a CE EN17092 AA rated pant made from a new single layer denim fabric where ByCity have taken the
protective Polyamide threads and cored cotton over the top of them to create a denim fabric that is cotton to the touch, but with high abrasion resistant Polyamide at the core of every cotton thread, and with built in stretch.
The Mixed III is a regular fitting cargo style trouser, with a standard 33" leg length, eight exterior pockets, removable dual height CE Level 2 knee armour pads and available in three colours.
Supreme comfort, superior protection, none of the linings. Just ride.

I just toured Belgium/France in "normal" protective biker gear in temperatures of 32°C. I felt like a boil-in-the-bag meal in preparation. When I got back I resolved to find some pale coloured, air permeable but protective trousers for future summer tours. These cargo "pants" are exactly what I wanted. The material is as protective as air permeable cloth can get and they come with knee and hip armour. Whilst I think most biker clothing is over-priced [some prices should qualify for prosecution as daylight robbery], these retail at the less-painful end of price ranges. So, all in all, exactly what I was looking for. As for Salt Flats and their Sales Assistant [Scott], I heartily recommend both. The store is full of slightly "off-piste" stock and Scott is a real asset to the company [and he makes a great cup of coffee].
