Studying helmets can become an art form in of itself…should I? Shouldn’t I? Will I like it? Will it fit? Is it cheap? What about the quality? Will it function how it’s meant to function? on and on the questions keep coming.
Safe to say, all questions answered in the positive!
Brilliant helmet. Perfect for me, ideal for what I wanted, actually better than I thought it would be!
The fit is snug, which is good. The feel is quality. The functionality is simple, it just works. The protective visor is ideal, a little heavy breathing causes visit to steam up but disappears in seconds. It reflects rain away because of its convex shape, no more using index finger to wipe away. It lets enough air in without making your face cold.
I’ve hit the motorway with the helmet and although there’s some noise & vibration, I’d say that’s normal at 70mph!
In pondering I wasted a few weeks during summer time (not that we had a summer!) and should have bought it sooner. But then that’s just me, weighing things up before I invest.
