CUSTOMS CHARGES
If you are buying goods for delivery outside of the United Kingdom your country may impose taxes for import duty and sales tax. These are your responsibility and you should make sure you are aware of what they will be prior to placing any order. Goods returned due to non payment of taxes will be credited less any shipping and repatriation costs we incur.
Please be aware that a payment link will be sent to you via email which you must action within four days to clear any import taxes and customs charges incurred.
If you are in the USA you will receive the payment link from DPD's USA partner, Mark 3 International's email address; noreply@mk3i.com within 24 hours of your order being despatched. Please check your junk and spam folders if it cannot be located in your inbox.
If for any reason you cannot locate the email please contact us immediately, as your goods will be held and returned after 5 days if the payment hasn't been actioned.
